We want you and your dog to love it. If you don't, we'll make it right.

Not the right fit? Wrong size? Just not feeling it? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

How it works

  • Submit the form above
  • Pack up the item in its original condition: unworn, with tags attached.
  • Mail it back to us.
  • Include a note inside with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. If exchanging, let us know which product and size you want instead.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.

A few things to keep in mind

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return does not get lost in transit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
