Someone gave you very good advice once.
You did not follow it immediately. You thought about it for a while, the way you think about things that are true but inconvenient. And then one day you woke up and the dog was already at the door, and the light through the window was exactly the right kind of light, and the day had not yet had time to become complicated.
The Palms collar was made for that morning. Tropical greens and warm yellows and the particular blue of a sky that has not yet made any promises it cannot keep. The pattern is not subtle. It was not trying to be. Some things should simply be bright.
The dog agrees.
The dog has always agreed.
That was the very good advice. You are welcome.
